WHEN CAN I COME?

In the form you will find the available dates according to the Tournaments organised by our Partners.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN A GROUP?

The groups will be formed by a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 (equivalent level), allowing training, matches and tournaments for players of the same level.

*If you are a group of 3 or more players of the same level, please contact info@theworldpadel.com and we will give you a discount coupon.

CAN I COME ALONE?

WHAT ARE THE PROGRAMMES?

Sports Pack: Training, matches, tournaments, gastronomy, leisure and equipment.
Premium Pack: Sports package + transfers, technical-tactical analysis, clinic with professional, session with physiotherapist, audiovisual content package (photos and videos).

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: If you decide to cancel your booking more than 30 days before the start date of the experience, we will refund the full amount paid minus the administration fee (€100).
  • Cancellation between 30 and 15 days in advance: For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the start date of the experience, we will refund 50% of the amount paid.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before the start date of the experience: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date of the experience will not be reimbursed.
  • Cancellations due to force majeure: If you need to cancel your booking due to force majeure, such as serious illness, accident or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible via email: info@theworldpadel.com, we will request official proof, evaluate each case individually and try to offer you a fair solution.
  • Booking changes: If you wish to change the dates of your booking, please contact us at info@theworldpadel.com, at least 30 days before the start date of the experience. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability on the new dates requested.
  • Cancellation by us: We reserve the right to cancel the experience in the event of force majeure, insufficient enrolments or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
  • Cancellation procedure: To cancel your booking, please send an email to info@theworldpadel.com stating your full name, booking number and reason for cancellation. We will process your request and inform you of the next steps.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 14 working days of confirmation of cancellation, using the same payment method used for the original booking.
