Cancellation Conditions
- Cancellation more than 30 days in advance:
If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 30 days before the start date of the experience, we will refund the total amount paid less the administrative fee (€100). - Cancellation between 30 and 15 days in advance:
For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the start date of the experience, we will refund 50% of the amount paid. - Cancellation less than 15 days before the start date of the experience:
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date of the experience will not be refunded. - Cancellations due to force majeure:
If you need to cancel your reservation due to force majeure, such as serious illness, accident or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible by email: info@theworldpadel.com, We will request official evidence, assess each case individually and try to offer you a fair solution. - Booking Changes:
If you wish to change the dates of your booking, please contact us at info@theworldpadel.com at least 30 days before the start date of the experience. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability on the new requested dates. - Cancellation by us:
We reserve the right to cancel the experience in the event of force majeure, insufficient registrations, or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund. - Cancellation Procedure:
To cancel your reservation, please email info@theworldpadel.com with your full name, reservation number, and the reason for cancellation. We will process your request and inform you of the next steps. - Refund:
Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation, using the same payment method used for the original booking.
