Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 30 days before the start date of the experience, we will refund the total amount paid less the administrative fee (€100).
Cancellation between 30 and 15 days in advance: For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the start date of the experience, we will refund 50% of the amount paid.
Cancellation less than 15 days before the start date of the experience: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date of the experience will not be refunded.
Cancellations due to force majeure: If you need to cancel your reservation due to force majeure, such as serious illness, accident or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible by email: info@theworldpadel.com, We will request official evidence, assess each case individually and try to offer you a fair solution.
Booking Changes: If you wish to change the dates of your booking, please contact us at info@theworldpadel.com at least 30 days before the start date of the experience. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability on the new requested dates.
Cancellation by us: We reserve the right to cancel the experience in the event of force majeure, insufficient registrations, or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your reservation, please email info@theworldpadel.com with your full name, reservation number, and the reason for cancellation. We will process your request and inform you of the next steps.
Refund: Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation, using the same payment method used for the original booking.
